IMPORTANT: Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

There is a time limit on refunds and store credits. If 30 days have elapsed since your Purchase Date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

Purchase Date

Purchase Date is the date your payment was processed by PayPal or similar financial institution.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are prohibited from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

We do not accept products that are fragile such as glass and ceramics.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable powders, liquids or gases.

Additional non returnable items include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items.
  • Unknown items from third parties.

Note: Only defective or faulty manufactured items will be considered for a refund or store credit.

To be considered for a refund or store credit. We require:

  • You notify us immediately using the Contact Form on the Contact page. Put the word URGENT in the Subject.
  • Notifications past the 30 day Purchase Date will not be considered.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Detailed description of the manufacturing issue or fault.
  • Photographic and/or video evidence of the manufacturing issue or fault.

Only when advised, send us the item for inspection.

We will send you further instructions upon receiving your initial email.

The decision to grant a refund or store credit is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 90 days.

Alternatively a store credit will be immediately issued to your pamperpetnow account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank or financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the Contact Form on the Contact page. Put the word URGENT in the subject.

Sale items (Not applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (Not applicable)

We do not exchange items. We only refund items if they are defective or have faulty manufacturing.

Gifts (Not applicable)

We do not exchange gifts. We only refund items if they are defective or have faulty manufacturing.

Shipping (if applicable)

Once your request for a refund has been approved you will receive an email on the next steps to take. Please ensure your email address is correct.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted, if applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time for your returned item to reach us may vary.

IMPORTANT: Shipping companies advise due to COVID-19 there are long delays with most shipping.

If you are shipping an item over US $75 you should consider using a shipping service where you can track your item or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
